1. Crawler-Type Compost Turner
The crawler-type compost turner adopts a crawler walking system for strong ground adaptability and stable operation.
During work, the rotor with mixing blades at the front lifts, crushes and tosses the compost materials from bottom to top.
As the machine moves forward along the compost windrow, it fully aerates the materials, regulates temperature and moisture, and promotes even aerobic fermentation.
2. Wheel-Type Compost Turner
The wheel-type compost turner is driven by rubber wheels and moves flexibly on flat ground.
Equipped with a rotating stirring drum or blade system, it turns over and scatters the compost materials continuously.
By lifting and throwing the materials during traveling, it improves oxygen content, accelerates fermentation, and ensures the materials decompose efficiently into organic fertilizer.
