The two most outstanding advantage of our anaerobic biodegradable glove is the long storage time and loose degradation requirement. The glove's degradation will start as long as it is disposed to landfill,
50cm underground, biogas pool or sink in sea or river. Unlike other degradable material such as PLA or calcium carbonate, the final degradation products are carbon dioxide, water and some methane.
No micro-plastic will be left, and it will not cause the soil to become hard. The degradation cost in the whole process is almost Zero.
Below is a simple demonstration of the degradation process;
1) Hydrolysis fermentation
In anaerobic environments, beneficial bacterial materials in gloves will enrich the anaerobic microorganisms in nature and absorb moisture from the natural environment quickly,
microorganisms will react with the beneficial bacteria materials, transforming the plastic into new sugars, alcohols, and carbon dioxide.
2) Acid and hydrogen production
Under the action of anaerobic enzyme promoters in our glove, sugars and alcohols are converted into organic acids and hydrogen gas through biochemical reactions.
3) Methane production
Methane producing bacteria converts organic acids into methane and mineral inorganic salts, while micro-plastic will not be produced.
